Join us every Friday from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the heart of Nyhavn, where great taste and good company set the tone for the weekend ahead.

Every Friday, Zeleste transforms into what might just be Copenhagen’s coziest place to kick off the weekend. During the warmer months, our cobblestone courtyard – hidden between Nyhavn’s historic buildings – sets the scene for a relaxed atmosphere with sparkling glasses and the scent of fresh oysters in the air. When the weather turns cooler, we move indoors, where candlelight and historic details create a warm and inviting setting.
Whether you're joining colleagues after work, meeting friends, or starting the evening with a date, Friday Oyster Bar is the perfect occasion.

Oysters & Bubbles at Zeleste is more than a classic offer – it’s an experience.
When you book your table, you choose how to begin: with 5 or 10 oysters, served fresh and ready to be enjoyed with lemon, mignonette, and a taste of the sea.
You can, of course, order more oysters throughout your visit in portions of 5 or 10. At our oyster bar in the courtyard, we continuously shuck oysters.

Our Amulet oysters are cultivated by the Boutrais family in France. The Amulet is particularly known for its fullness and its rich, rounded flavor. A true luxury oyster, carefully selected to pair with our fantastic champagne – Michel Gonet, Cuvée 69, Blanc de Noirs.

After a long week, take a moment to slow down, unwind, and ease into the weekend – whether you're meeting friends, stopping by after work, or simply treating yourself.
When you step into Zeleste, you leave the city’s rush behind for a while. Friday Oyster Bar takes place every Friday from 2:30 PM–4:30 PM, and table reservations are required.
When booking, you select your initial serving of oysters (5 or 10 pcs), and you’re always welcome to order more throughout your visit – whether you’d like additional oysters, a touch of caviar, or another glass of bubbles.
If you wish to extend your experience, you can continue your evening in the restaurant afterwards by booking a table.
