Atmospheric spaces — indoors and out

Whether you're planning an intimate lunch or dinner in one of our rooms or looking to host a larger gathering under the open sky, we shape the space to suit your occasion.

Zeleste is housed in one of Nyhavn’s oldest buildings, dating back to 1664. The crooked angles, textured walls and preserved details add character and warmth to every room.

Our rooms are spread across the ground floor, courtyard, and first floor, offering flexibility for everything from smaller occasions to full celebrations:

• Ground floor: The main restaurant provides a relaxed yet elegant setting for seated meals — 47 seated guests

• The secluded courtyard — accommodates 66 seated guests outdoors

• First floor: A bright semit private dining room, ideal for intimate events — 47 seated guests

• First floor: The semi-private cabinet — 6 seated guests

We're happy to adapt the layout to suit your event and make room for what matters most: good food, warm conversation and a relaxed atmosphere.

Food and wine at the center

At Zeleste, food and wine are taken seriously — always with a focus on flavour, craftsmanship and quality. The menu is built around fish, seafood and the best seasonal ingredients, inspired by Nordic and French cuisine.

We offer everything from lunch menus and shellfish platters to tasting menus and classic 2- or 3-course dinners — with drinks packages and wine pairings to match.

Please note:

• All party and group menus are for a minimum of 10 guests and must be ordered at least 5 weekdays before the event.

• The same menu must be chosen for all guests, unless there are vegetarians, allergies, or other special dietary requirements in the party.

• We reserve the right to change menus according to available deliveries.

• We will always seat parties and groups together. In the case of large groups, seating may take place at more than one table. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee specific seating areas in advance.

• For parties of 10 guests or more, we kindly ask that payment is made as a single transaction for the entire group. We are not able to process individual payments for larger groups, as this helps ensure a smooth experience for both your party and our other guests.

• Please note that a fee will be charged for payments made with corporate cards or cards issued outside the EU/EEA.
