We recommend ordering well in advance – last day for ordering is 20 December.

The seafood platter must be collected on 31 December 2026 at Zeleste, Store Strandstræde 6, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. You choose your preferred time slot when ordering.
Please note that payment is made in advance and that you can cancel no later than 36 hours before collection.

No – we do not offer delivery of seafood platters. They must be collected at Zeleste on Store Strandstræde on 31 December 2026.

The seafood platter is for 2 people at 1,295 DKK per platter.

You collect the seafood platter in a plastic tray, which you can serve directly from or arrange on a platter with ice. Most of the seafood is ready to serve immediately, while the scallops, gambas and blue mussels just need to be briefly heated or steamed – and the oysters are opened fresh at home. The remaining seafood, dips and accompaniments are ready to place straight on the table, so you can easily create an elegant and inviting New Year's serving.
Preparation:
Store the seafood platter in the fridge until serving.
Place the foil tray with gratin scallops and gambas in a preheated oven.
Steam the blue mussels in a pot with a little water or wine under a lid until they open.
Open the fresh oysters.
Arrange the platter, add bread, dips and garnish – and serve.
It takes just a few minutes and you are ready to treat your guests to a New Year's menu that is both simple, luxurious and an absolute crowd-pleaser.
